At Amelie Essentials, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our curated collection of unique home decor, quality textiles, and artisan-crafted everyday essentials. Each piece is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unused, unwashed (especially important for textiles), and in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Many of our home decor and artisan pieces are delicate. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@amelieessentials.com.

For Damaged Items: Please send us a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at support@amelieessentials.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and gift cards.
